An open-air school for professional integration trainees
"Acta Vista" Association

Sponsors: Bouygues Travaux Publics

Since 2002, the ACTA VISTA association has been dedicating its actions to the integration and professional training of the most disadvantaged people in terms of employment, on historical monument restoration sites.

On the Citadel d’Entrecasteaux site in Marseille, the association provides access to professional training and qualifications via work experience to people excluded from conventional avenues of training, helping them obtain certificates in professional masonry specialising in old buildings.

Terre Plurielle is contributing to the funding of the 2020 "Maçon du bâti ancien" (mason specialising in old buildings) training course for 98 insertion trainees.

"SOS Village d’Enfants Plaisir" is expanding
SOS villages d’enfants

Sponsors: Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France / Elan

Created in 1956, SOS Villages d’Enfants works to protect sibling groups at risk within their families. These actions consist in setting up support and protection programmes for children placed following court decisions. Sibling groups are looked after and supervised by SOS mothers within family homes. A shared house enables the psychological, academic and family monitoring of the children.

Created in 1987, SOS Villages d'Enfants de Plaisir is made up of thirteen family homes and takes care of around fifty children. The number of children is increasing and the Plaisir village needs to be expanded.

The association has acquired a new house that needs to be transformed in order to enable the children to continue their shared activities (schooling, artistic workshops, meetings with educators/psychologists, library, etc.).

The Terre Plurielle Foundation is contributing to the funding of the transformation of the shared house.

Training dedicated to volunteers providing tutoring at home
«Entraide Scolaire Amicale» Association (E.S.A.)

Sponsors: Bouygues Construction S.A.

Created in 1969, the E.S.A. association is committed to combating school drop-out by providing individualised support to children from the first year of primary school to the last year of high school, whose parents cannot help them or pay for tutoring due to a lack of knowledge and financial means.

Faced with many difficulties when providing tutoring at home, volunteers must be regularly trained.  Each year, E.S.A. sets up a training plan dedicated to the volunteers who work with the children. In this framework and for the second time, the Terre Plurielle Foundation is contributing to the funding of the 2020 training sessions dedicated to volunteers.
